About Clear Leisure plc
Clear Leisure plc (AIM: CLP) (formerly Brainspark plc) is an AIM listed investment company with a portfolio of companies primarily encompassing the leisure and real estate sectors mainly in Italy. The focus of the management is to pursue the monetisation of all of the Company’s existing assets, through selected realisations, court-led recoveries of misappropriated assets and substantial debt-recovery processes. The Company has recently launched a joint venture initiative in the cryptocurrency mining sector.
Clear Leisure’s core assets are the following: a stake in Geosim Systems, an Israeli company that is seeking to establish itself as the world leader in building complete and photorealistic 3D virtual cities and in delivering them through the Internet for use in local searches, real estate and city planning, homeland security, tourism and entertainment; a controlling stake in Sipem SpA, which owns a number of real estate assets and a minority stake in T.L.T. Sas, the owner of the Ondaland Waterpark located in north-west Italy; a joint venture initiative in the cryptocurrency mining sector.
There are also claims and issues in respect of other assets that the Company continues to deal with, that may yield some return to the Group.
Clear Leisure’s investing strategy allows it to be either a passive or active investor and the Company’s investment rationale ranges from acquiring minority positions with strategic influence through to larger controlling positions.
